Apply for Services Online

Once you complete your online application, an intake paralegal will call you to complete the screening process. We are required to verify certain information over the phone. Expect a call within 3-5 business days. Make sure that your voicemail is set up and not full. Please wait for our call at least three days.

Please do not use this application for any urgent or emergency legal issues.

Preparing to apply online: You will be asked to provide information regarding the person who is looking for help and the legal issue or case they need help with.
Be prepared with the following information:

  1. The full legal name of the applicant.
  2. The full name of the person or business causing your legal problem.
  3. The applicant’s household income. This includes all of the money coming into the household from any source, for the applicant and anyone else living with the applicant.
  4. The amount of money in all bank accounts and amount of equity in any property that is not the home you live in.
  5. The location of any court case.
  6. General information about the type of case and why you are seeking services.
